Got me a great car with more features and better gas mileage than the equivalent by other manufacturers for a better price.

We had a mirror replacement on the drivers side. Although the wrong mirror was sent the 1st time on an overnight delivery. The staff was very fast on getting the right one from Alaska.

I have never promoted a car dealership before, but I figured now was a great time to start. I just had the greatest experience ever at a car dealership. Hyundai of Everett on Evergreen has got it figured out. Two nights ago, I traded my truck in for a Santa Fe. I had originally gone in wanting to look at and possibly buy a Tucson. I had a challenging situation, but Ray and the Finance department made it their personal mission to get me into a vehicle. They over delivered and were able to get me into a AWD Santa Fe at a screaming deal, a vehicle that I thought was out of my price range. I drove it home and was very happy with my purchase. The next day, I noticed the seat was hurting my back (I have back issues due to my time in the military, I still highly recommend the Santa Fe), so I tried to adjust it, but nothing would work. I called up my sales guy (Ray), explained the problem, and he told me to bring it back in. I came in, Ray explained my options, and that night (which the staff stayed late for me!), I signed the papers for a AWD Tucson, which does not hurt my back, and walked away with a lower payment. Have you ever heard of a car dealership doing something like this???!!! I haven’t until now. Big props to Hyundai of Everett and all of their wonderful staff! Between Finance, the GM, and my sales guy Ray, you guys run one class act of an operation, and as long as I am in the market for a Hyundai, I will always come here, period.

Dress code for staff needs to be modernized; staff should be able to wear nice polo shirts with Hyundai Logo. Long shirts with ties make staff appear to formal, it looks like their all going to a funeral. Casual attire is relaxing to your customers and lend to a higher quality car buying experience.

I bought a Hyundai from these guys Mid-march. I love this car. I am writing this beacause I have not received an email survey that allows me to compliment salesman. I was provided a test drive, all of the info I needed & connected to an insurance person which allowed me to drive the car away that day. Service was a 10 in all ways!
If customers were treated with the same respect as the Hyundai of Everett dealership treats their customers, this would be a happier customer/auto dealer world.

My 2007 Sonata has been a reliable and problem free vehicle since I bought it new. Not much to complain about really except the price of the 60K mile service which is $875 plus tax. That is something to keep in mind when buying your vehicle. They may have low prices but they get you in other ways it seems.
